CCIB PAIR Program
In 2020, Strad gained recognition for its Indigenous Relations work with the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB), and has since achieved the Bronze Certification Level of the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) Program.
PAIR is a certification program that confirms corporate performance in Indigenous relations in Canada. PAIR verifies Strad’s activities in four key areas relative to Indigenous Relations in Canada: Leadership Actions; Employment; Business Development; and Community Relationships.
The PAIR certification provides a high level of assurance to communities as the designation is supported by an independent, third party verification. In pursing the designation, Strad is demonstrating that they recognize the importance of Indigenous participation in the Canadian economy. PAIR companies are also recognized as leading corporate citizens that have proven the business case for sustainable Indigenous relations.
